Finance Transformation Program

SUMMARY

USD 100 MN+ Program to transform, simplify and standardize finance processes across  ASIAPAC, MENA, EUROPE and AMERICAS and deployed on 5 major regional SAP ERP systems

·         Assessed cash & banking process and presented a portfolio of areas for improvement

·         Drafted Cash & Bank transformation strategy backed by strong business case highlighting the quantitative & qualitative benefits towards adopting PoBo CoBo model and SWIFT
